Returns Policy
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of each piece, returns are generally not accepted. However, I understand that situations may vary, so returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Please note:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition - unworn and undamaged.

  • Sale items are final and not eligible for return.

 

Exchange Policy

If you’d like to exchange your piece for another item in the shop or receive store credit, please get in touch via the contact page so I can help arrange it for you.

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges or credits will be processed once the item has been received and checked.

  • I recommend returning your item with tracking and insurance — it’s only a few dollars more and helps protect your parcel. Please note, I am not responsible for any lost items during return transit.

Lost Parcel

If your parcel has gone missing in the post, I completely understand how frustrating that can be.

Please note, I’m unable to offer refunds for lost or missing parcels, as I’ve fulfilled my part by making and sending your piece with care.

If you think your order may be lost, get in touch with your order number, and I’ll lodge an investigation with Australia Post on your behalf — this usually speeds things up, as I’m listed as the sender.
